- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Barron Strategic Consulting website (“Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services. - Services
Barron Strategic Consulting provides business plan writing, grant funding consulting, and related advisory services. Services are described on our website and in client agreements. - Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved payment provider. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST/GST). Payment is required before service initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided at Barron’s discretion if services have not commenced. Once work begins or deliverables are provided, payments are non-refundable. “Delivered” is defined as when final documents, reports, or agreed deliverables have been sent to the Client’s designated email or shared via secure link. - Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. Barron is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. - Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all deliverables, unless otherwise agreed, are the property of Barron Strategic Consulting. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes. - Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information obtained during the engagement. - Limitation of Liability
Barron Strategic Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. Consultant is not liable for any actions or decisions by third parties. - Privacy
Use of the website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. - Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or disruptions in communication networks. - Changes to Terms
Barron reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts. - Contact
